Our story

Founded in 2010 by a team of veteran energy traders and technologists, PetraTrade began as a regional crude oil brokerage in Geneva. We quickly recognised the industry's need for a modern, digital-first commodity management infrastructure.

Today, PetraTrade serves refineries, national oil companies, independent traders, hedge funds and energy majors across 48 countries. Our platform handles everything from spot trades and forward contracts to complex structured energy products.

We are headquartered in Geneva with offices in Dubai, Singapore, Houston and London — ensuring around-the-clock coverage of all major energy trading hubs.
